Every time the specific midterm report is announced,

My first reaction is always:

"Oh no, another all-nighter."

It's not that I don't have ideas,

But after opening Word, I get stuck right at the first paragraph.

Writer's Block is Usually Not a Skill Issue

I later discovered that for most people, getting stuck in writing

Is not because their language skills are poor, but because:

- They don't know how to structure it

- They have too many ideas and can't organize them

Once, I tried breaking down the topic into an outline first,

Instead of rushing to write the content.

As soon as the article structure came out,

Writing suddenly became much easier.

You just need to "fill in" your ideas,

Instead of generating a whole article from scratch.

Report Outline

Later, I gradually got used to using AI tools to help organize my thoughts,

Like:

1. Generating a logically clear structure first

2. Then adding my own points and examples

3. Finally polishing the tone

The report written this way

Actually feels more like "a version I would write myself."

If you are also staring blankly at the screen right now,

Maybe the problem is not that you are not working hard enough,

But that you lack a "tool to help you take the first step."
